refresh me.did you send email letters stating your state laws, how much you overpaid, and requested a refund.if so ignore the calls as they just want to argue with you,and harrass.you are under no obligation to speak to them period.if it goes to collctions you can immediately file AG complaints as you are owed almost 500.00 in refundage.you owe nothing and don't have to talk to anybody about this.
USA Cash Express
Yes I sent the letters stating my state laws and that I have overpaid this loan. I've never had to deal with debt collectors as all my previous pdl's were all marked PIF so I'm just unsure what to expect and when. I keep hearing about their company First National can't tell if they are the debt collector or if they are the in house collectors. So basically you are saying ignore the calls and then when the debt collector calls what do I do?
simple
since anybody attempting collections will be a bottomfeeder.either make note of the number, and name of the place and file an AG complaint from the message,or talk to them, and get that info and inform them you are owed money, and will not pay a dime on it.then file an AG complaint.either way you file an AG complaint, but how you get their info is up to you.
