Huntington and Loan Point

I had a gentleman from an "investigation team" call me stating that Huntington is sending someone to serve me papers and I fraudulently accepted payments from them years ago. I do not remember this but because I was in a meeting I became flustered and allowed them to take out funds. Now that I have read up on them and had a lawyer friend of mine tell me that they are illegal, I am out $480. I changed my stopped that card and was re-issued a new one today. What do you think will happen?? Will I go to jail or court?

in fact i would try like hell to get that 480.00 back.the idiot from huntington broke the law in getting that money,and a fraud affidavite will get that returned.both places are bottomfeeding slime that need to break the law because they have nothing else.they can't do a thing they threaten.

Track them down and file a complaint against them to the BBB, the FTC and the AG. If you can really track them down, you might as well take them to court.
