Flobridge

When I was talking to anna she said the steps after this was 3rd party collections, and then judgement....
where do I go from here?
totally illegal
they are totally illegal, and it's good you got that because there are stupid HR/payroll people who would honor it.bottomline you only owe the principle, and if 50.00 covered it then file AG complaints against this illegal lender.btw they can't get a judgement without taking you to court in your town, county, village,or bourough.they loves to throw the terms out there.problem is it's all bullsh*t aimed at getting more money out of you.file the complaint and ignore them.
so...
Well if Flobridge keeps faxing it to my place of employment, either myself or the other two managers will get the fax because they are faxing it to the store. My only concern is if they somehow do an internet search and decide to fax my corporate office with the paperwork they sent to the store. I already called the head of the HR department and let them know that there might be a fraudulent company trying to enact a wage assignment, and when that happens I will fax over the revocation letter. I said I wanted to fax the wage assignment revocation letter at the time, but she said send it when and if that happens.
Right now with the wage assignment papers, They are trying to state that I still owe $925.01on a $400 loan! I have already paid $68.56, $120.00, and $50.00. So on the principle of a $400 loan, I only still owe $161.44. The thing that amuses me the most is that they faxed the "wage assignment" paperwork after I made the $50 payment. Makes no sense to me. Has anyone heard however that Flobridge or any other illegal loan company actually sending someone to serve a person in their home state? I've been told that the consumer laws in the state of Nevada favor the company and not the consumer....
not a chance
if they can't get the wage assignment honored they are powerless.keep up with your HR person as some don't give you a heads up,and just honor it.i doubt they will do that as they go by the info you supplied to them, and if the corporate info wasn't provided then i would just keep tabs with your HR person just to be sure, but i doubt they will go that far.
and so it continues...
So I'm actually off work today, and my coworker called me to tell me that someone named Ben called and asked for the number for payroll. My coworker asked what this was regarding. When he said my name, she said I'm sorry but I can't give out that information. He asked her where payroll was located, and she did tell them that it was located in Arizona. So I called HR and let them know the update that was going on. She said just fax the revocation letter and we shall go from there, because nobody has even contacted them yet, and she can understand that I just want to cover my ass.
I know that they can only garnish wages from a court order, but do these companies actually go that far? Or do they know that they are illegal and once that the wage assignment is revoked, they basically have nothing to go on but harassment. This is the farthest that any company has ever gone with me, so I'm a little scared. What do I do now? Where do I go from here?
no way
an illegal will not try it.all you would have to do is show up,point out they are illegal and it would get dismissed with prejudice.in some instances the court could order the lender to refund if the loan was overpaid.that is why illegals won't take any real action like court.they won't have a prayer like the examples i stated.just know that.
