First, the information you've been given previously is incorrect.
ThinkCash is a tribal lender (now PlainGreen) and is NOT legal in any state in the U.S.
You can follow the same steps for illegal PDLs (in my signature link) citing the fact that they are tribal, therefore your contract is not legally binding unless you are a member of their tribe, which you're not.

FBD(first bank of delaware)funded alot of loans.think cash was one of them,and they were legal.they got out of the loan,cc business completely by the end of 2009.plain green just took it over.any think cash going by plain green is illegal.
