Payday loan, This happened to me!
Date: Fri, 04/06/2012 - 23:48
This happened to me last week!
I needed some cash last week, on Thursday March 30th.
I went on line and applied for a payday loan...suddenly I had a negative vibe and regret it! I was able to fix my financial situation right away, thanks to girlfriend.
The following day....I called back several payday "agencies" who contacted me and told them i didn't need the loan...and thanked them anyway plus I called my bank and frozen my account.
One of them ( Hydra Fund III ) sent approve my email , which ended up in my junk folder, and deposited $ 250 in my bank account.
This happened becose my bank account was..yes frozen with transaction going out but not with deposit.
I haven't touched the money....I spoke with my own bank..and they basically said it is my problem now and they will not send the money back.
Today April 6th.... Hydra Fund III sent me an email with the account summary. I basically owe $ 75.00 of interest for a loan I haven't requested and on April 10th they want $ 325.00
If I don't send back they statement with my signature that I do not need any more loans they will automatically refinance my loan every two weeks so make a deposit of that amount on my account.
What the HELL is going on?? HELP!!
forgot to mention.. I am from Florida...Orlando area.

I don't think Hydra is licensed to do business in Florida just l
I don't think Hydra is licensed to do business in Florida just like the rest of the country. You are only obligated to pay back the $250 and nothing more, not a single penny towards refinancing charges and interest. And you have the option of paying back the principal amount ($250) on YOUR terms.
You just need to do one tiny thing. Shut down your present bank account ASAP and open a new account. Make sure the accounts are not linked in any way. If you don't, Hydra will keep bleeding your bank account every month and you wouldn't eve know it until its too late.
Tell your bank to RETURN THE FUNDS!!! Talk to a branch manager.
Tell your bank to RETURN THE FUNDS!!! Talk to a branch manager....they can easily do it...it is NOT your problem. It is unauthorized funds.
