Financial Nightmare

I have a financial nightmare and no way out. I borrowed from online payday companies and every paycheck after all of their rollover fees are deducted, I have nothing to live on. I had planned to pay them in full w/my tax return. That didn't work out because I am being audited! I adopted (related children) to keep them out of the system. IRS is not accepting any expenses except the actual court and attorney fees so I won't even be able to pay these loans off in full anyway. I have not been able to pay my rent or my car payment. I am about to be homeless and w/o a car. And the tax advocate said she expedited by June 29th. (I mailed my return 2/8) I created this mess myself, nothing I planned has worked out. I didn't mind paying the high interest rate thinking I would be paying them off immediately. I have nothing and nobody to ask for money. I feel like a loser and an idiot, I don't know what to do. Here is what I have: 1. Red Stone: loan $400.00, $140.00 interest/fees - I haven not pd yet. 2. Pepper Cash: loan $575.00, pd $402.50, owe $776.25 3. PDLNOW.com: loan $200.00, pd $158.00, owe $279.00 4. Payday Max LTD: loan $740.00, pd $894.93 ($200 toward prin), owe $640.55 5. My next Payday: loan $400, pd $240, owe $520.00 6. Dollar Premier: loan $500.00, pd $300, owe $650.00 7. Cash Jar: loan $800, pd $480.00, owe $1040.00 8. Beacon: loan $200, pd $178.00, owe 289.00 9. Ameriloan: loan $400.00, fees/interest $120.00, have not pd yet.


Ok....I didnt see what state you live in but from what I am seeing, all or most of your loans are ILLEGAL. This means you owe principal only, no interest, no fees. You need to take care of YOU first.....you pay these illegal loans as YOU see fit and as you can afford them. You MUST read ohiogals link in my signature line and follow it...follow it complety. You MUST close your bank account.
