she then stated she had to verify information because my "case" was being referred for court summons - i told her that i didnt know of anything being in collection to that point -
she said " no one has contacted you about this ?"
and i said no -she put me on hold for about 4 minutes and i had to hang up because i was at work -
she called back and said she wanted me to talk to the legal division and left the 877 number and then said "good luck toyou"
i called the number after work- just getting voicemail that says "thank you for calling
Landmark" - but they were closed -can i get a summons at work if i have not gotten anything prior ?
should i call attorney ?
