You dont have to tell a CA anything else....they know the law.

I know that you cannot send a Debt Validation letter to the original creditor however can you send a C&D letter to the OC? I have been reading the sticky's but I can't seem to find the answer to this. Thanks
OC means original creditor. You can send it to them but they pr
