Payday loans

I live in Mesquite Texas and I took out a internet payday loan back in 2007. I did default on the loan. I am just now recieving harrassment calls and threats on this loan. What are my options?

well can you enlighten us as to:

who is the lender?

who is calling?

what are they saying?did they threaten in any way?

please provide more info and we can help you here.i can tell you since the loan was in 2007,and most likely defaulted on in 2007.it may be past SOL anyway.
