I have sent out my revocation letters and am going in the morning to close my account but I am wondering what I need to say to the AG or FTC when I report these businesses. This site has given me the strength to get out of this vicious cycle I just hope that I can pull through.
My loans are as follows:

  • plain green-last loan(although I have had several) was 1800 paid back 3008.06, current loan 2000 paid back so far 472.96

  • idealgelt-original loan 500.00(I think) and to date I have paid over 700 in finance charges (i think) i cannot access my loan documents for this company the only thing it does is have a quick renew button and then it says a representative will contact you.

  • great plains lending-first loan 500 paid back 1092.06, last loan 600 paid 0 so far

I sent my letters out yesterday and so far have not heard anything from them but my accounts are also not defaulted on YET. I cannot get any information on my loans I have had from idealgelt. I wanted to know what I need to say to the AG and FTC when I file a complaint with them.
Thanks so much!
