Hi,
I live in the state of South Carolina and I borrowed money from Loanshop/Dayton in January. The original loan amount was only $300. After sitting down and figuring this out, I have already payed them the amount of $898 and they still show no signs of not drawing from my account. I want to know if this was legal in the state of SC. I even sent an email to them, which I have copies of, stating that I didn't want the loan since I seen how much interest would be charged against me. I also got an email back from them stating that the loan wouldn't be taking place, but they did anyway. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
The name of the website is Loan$hoponline.com. I just need to know if they have a license to do payday loans in South Carolina. They have exceeded the 900 dollars that I was suppose to pay them back. Now they are saying that I still owe them 350 dollars. I want to know, because I will get them for fraud if they don't have a license in this state.

No, you WON"T get them for fraud. You cannot GET them.

They are DE based so I pretty sure they illegal due to the rollovers. Rollovers are not permitted in SC.
