It really doesnt matter if titan is legal or not...they are collecting on an illegal debt.
Where are they located in the us or overseas?
So the loan note says united holdings but their email correspondence says titancsatmidlandmarketing are they one and the same? I'm trying to figure if this is an illegal lender? Where are they located they have not responded to my emails.

I understand that pay day lending is illegal in NJ but the pdl has put my account in collections and are refusing to settle on the remaining small balance. They are saying that even though I have paid 360.00 none has gone to principle. So if they send it to a CA what do I do? I have paid them over half of the principle but united holdings says I haven't paid any principle. Space blank you are telling me to pay the CA the principle but the amounts are different. That's why I'm trying to find out if this is an illegal lender because if they are they the CA will be illegal as well correct??? If a CA contacts me do I tell them that I only owe 40.00???
