I actually received a PIF letter via email from the yesterday.
But that's partly due to me having faxed over a Desist & Refrain order that the Department of Corporations in California had issued them.
The sad part is they will not give me a refund

I had been dealing with them since October of 2011,
Once I came across the Desist & Refrain order I called and asked to speak to a manager. They put me over to their collections department and I gave them the details as to why I was calling and they asked me to fax over the information.
The next morning I had the PIF letter in my inbox.
