I sent out my emails last week and got this response today:

Mike:

It is unfortunate that you are no longer satisfied with the services provided by our company. We had never made any attempt to mislead you and had made it clear that you were agreeing to the terms and conditions of the loan under Delaware law on the loan documents you signed.

Customer service is always our first priority, however. We agree to reimburse you the additional amount of $2,088, per your request, and will mark your loan Paid In Full. The amount will be mailed to the following address by the end of this week:

1 down 3 to go. Keep faith guys. Thanks to all who created this wondeful forum.

Hello,

Just an update I was able to get a PIF from all my "lenders". I even got a refund back on a closed account. I am still sending emails to the others pressing for a refund. I figure they can harass us, we can do it back. MyCashNow agreed to list my account PIF, even though I did not fully pay back the principal. They do owe me a couple grand in refunds, that may be the reason.

Has anyone ever got a refund back from Integrity or Cashcure?

Mycashnow.com is one I am dealing with too. How long did it take to get a PIF. So far they have only sent me an email from "credit protection" saying my payment was returned. They won't even respond to my revocation/refund emails.

That's great! how long did it take and did you just email them? I overpaid Eastside as well. I've paid them in full, but just don't know if they'll even bother with a refund.
