I have a question... I got a payday loan in the amount of 500.00 and they said i am to pay 750.00 is that correct for living in pa?

Yep???payday lending is prohibited in PA. You are responsible only for the principal. All lenders are illegal here. You have done the right thing by closing your bank account. Go through the above link mentioned by Soaplady. You will be happy to know that illegal lenders can???t take any legal action against you.
