i live in the state of florida and was wanting to know what will happen if i am not able to pay back a loan to check and go .. i have called and even went in to ask them for longer extension for help and i told them that i didnt have the funds in my account because of my old work had shorted me on my check and i had bills that had to be paid and daycare that had to be paid as well... can someone help out with some helpful info please and please honest answers we all have hard times in life ..thank you. but the check and go would not help me and they said that they sent my check to the bank.. wth.

I am assuming you did this thru a storefront location. Extentions are not permitted in Florida so that is why they could not offer you longer. Do an ACH revocation if you must but be prepared for them to send you to collections.

i am not worried about going to collections at all .. that is the least of my worries i have always been on time with paying them and they couldnt help me out .. that is what sucks the most ... what is an ach if you dont mind me asking ? i was just wanting to know if they will take me to court or jail for this . its not like i wasnt going to pay them i asked them to give me to the 20th of this month and they would not here of it .. so what do you do .

You wont go to jail...debts are civil, not criminal. ACH = aut

You wont go to jail...debts are civil, not criminal.

ACH = automated clearing house. It is the debit they put thru to take the money out of your account.
