Caught in the middle

I have a 270 K total Business and Personal debt which include a Chase Business Line of Credit with Chase. I enrolled with Legal Helpers. They already sent out a Cease Communication, when I found out that they were a scam and I cancel out of the program. My last payment made was in Feb. and I'm afraid that my creditors will take a negative action because of the Cease Com.letter. I finally decided that I will do it myself.How do I ask tell Chase that I would like to be current again and that I will not include my Business Line of Credit in the settlement.
