Just received a call from McCallahan and Associates

So, I too, have received a call from a lawfirm named McCallahan and Associates regarding the Pay Day Loan Yes company.
This company is the one that said they would sue me for fraud. The loan was for $350, and they took 2 payments of $175 out of my bank account (1 payment each month). The guy from Payday loan yes would not send me anything in an email or mail about how much my balance is. Now McCallahan is saying that the loan due is $1,688. When I told them I could not pay the settlement amount of $875 the lady simply hung up on me. Doesn't seem very professional for a law firm. :(
Am I really being sued as they have stated. And can filing for bankruptcy help to stop this?

paydayloanyes is an illegal lender. If you paid them 2 payments
paydayloanyes is an illegal lender. If you paid them 2 payments of $175 for a $350 loan, then you've repaid them and owe nothing further.
They're trying to scare you.

file a police report as they broke the law with their call as they can't/won't do anything they threaten.then use the name mcCallahan & scumbags er associates to file an AG complaint.then ignore them.again mutated garbage bottomfeeder that needs to be reported and ignored.
