More info would be helpful on this one. Who is calling? Is it a telemarketer, a debt collector, someone just harassing you, or do you not know who it is? There are different things you can do depending on who is calling. Simply saying "report it to the local cops" is pointless because most police departments will take a report and not do much else. If it is a debt collector or telemarketer, the police will not do anything. Thats what we have other authorities for--that can handle these issues.
