I recently had a garnishment against my wages, by a company and now they have service a writ of garnishment to my bank, so they take 25% of my salary and can take the left over monies out of my bank? Is this legal?

Yes I received a summons for the garnishment of the wages, provide the information requested and went to court and lost. I did not receive any thing for the writ of garnishment on the bank, until the account was frozen.
