If they are not licensed, then they won???t be able to take any legal action against you. But if they are licensed, they can sue you because of non-payment of debt. Once the court issues an order against you, then they can garnish your wages. But they can???t do anything without a court order.

2)how much was borrowed
3)how much was paid(debited)before default
4)internet,or storefront
please provide the info requested.it will help us help you.btw the one thing either got right is the fact that they would have to sue in your county,town,village,or bourough and win to garnish.
