in the never ending cycle of payday loans, i am going to default on them and close my checking account. i currently have seven with the following companies: cashnetusa, checkintocashonline, cashcure, cashcall (formerly western sky loan), check n go installment loan, sureadvance, and mypaydayloan...my question is what will happen next? i am in ohio and have used the advice for illegal loan companies but they don't seem to care. i am willing to payback what i owe...i just need time. any advice from anyone would be appreciated

That's the main problem. The illegal payday loan companies won't listen to you. You'll have to be stern while dealing with them. Send them a letter. Clearly mention that you'll only pay the original amount. That's it. Nothing less, nothing more. Close the account.

You just need to stick to your guns and not give in to their threats and coercion. Among the lenders you have listed, a few of them are legal like CashNetUSA and there is also an instalment loan from CheckNGo. These two lenders are pretty easy to deal with.
