Hi, I live in the state of Florida and currently have 3 online payday loans. The last 2months have been hell. Constantly my bank account has been in negative. Havent had extra money for gas or food. Behind on Bills. I been trying to work out payment plans but they arent being very fair. Cash in a wink says i need to have a NSF 3 times in order to qualify for a repayment plan. At that point i would owe them a total of $1400.00 they said. DJR Group says they dont care that i have over paid them in rollover fees. They dont need to obide by Florida laws due that i signed the loan agreement. and untill i pay the $325.00 in full they will continue to debit my bank account. PaydayMax sent me to collection agency called Credit Protection Depot- They need me to Money Gram them a minimum of 135.00 by today inorder to not aquire addition late fees or else they will go into my bank account tomorrow and try to deduct the funds. Im going to make a small payment of $50.00 but cant do the full amount now. Due to my direct deposite cant close the account now and i have addition bills being payed through this bank account. Plan to close it end of week once the transactions go thru.
Cash in a wink- $720.00- Finance Fee $180.00- Payed $180.00 thus far.
DJR Group LLC(Hydra Funds ll)- $250.00- Finance Fee $75.00 have payed $975.00 in rollover fees.

PayDay Max- $350.00-Finance Fee $125.69- Have not payed anything- Working out payment plan.

United Cash Loans- $300.00- finance Fee $90.00- Payed $180.00 in rollover fees- They agreed to settle for $210.00(which is what i owe) Payemnt made today waiting on PIF letter.

Help

First off none of the lenders are legal in FL so they can do nothing to you. Make sure you get the account closed as soon as possible or at least placed in a deposit only status so these criminals can no longer get at your money. Next thing when dealing with these people let them know that you are only going to pay back the principle of the loan and that is it.

Cash in a Wink - $540 left
DJR Group LLC - owes you a $725 refund
PayDay Loan Max - $350 left
United Cash Loans - $120 left

I would tell each of them that it will only be paid by money and that they must provide and address. No address means no payment.

File complaints with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and the FTC.

Do not be scared by these companies they have no legal standing in the state of FL and are unable to follow through with any of their threats. Just stick to your guns and you will be just fine.
