I got a $300 loan from them and ended up paying $810 back. Is there anywhere in the government I can file a complaint against them.

First America Credit is based in Panama. All offshore lenders are illegal. You are entitled to a refund of $510. Write to FAC demanding a refund and file complaints against them with the AG and the FTC.

You may be entitled to a refund but you wont get one. And filing US governemnt complaints on a foreign lender wlll do nothing,

PDL's are expensive...hopefully you have learned your lesson.
