I have 3 loans out, equalling $600. I stopped payment on 2 and am making payments with one. I am in Colorado, one is Ace Cash Advance, Check into Cash and EZ Money. What will happen and how long will it take them to pursue? I just need to buy a little time.

Contact with Colorado Office of the Attorney General to know whether or not pdl companies are licensed in your state. If they are illegal, then can???t take any legal action against you. But legal lenders can sue you because of non-payment of debt.
