okay so i got a call from ace cash express about my loan i took out. well i recently lost my job and not to mention my 3 year old ended up in the hospital and since i just moved to texas his insurance is not over here yet. they didnt wanna help me out on anything and at this point i cant pay for anything. i didnt give them a check or my banking account info, im going to pay it back as soon as i start getting money coming back in. the only info they have of mine is my address. can they do anything to me until i get a job and pay them back?:confused:

There is not much they can do...they dont know where you work so they cannot use a wage assignment. Even if they sue you, texas is a non garnishment state so they can't garnish your wages. Simply keep in touch with them and let them know you will pay them when you find employment.
