MCM phone calls

I contested a T mobile bill on my credit reports from Diversified Consultants in Jacksonville FL. All three have deleted it from there reports due to non verification. I am now getting phone calls every hour from MCM about this same bill. The T Mobile bill was complete nonsense. How can I get these bottom feeders from making harassing phone calls? By the way these are all Indian sounding individuals most of which I can't even understand. They will not give me an address or a number to identify without giving them my address etc. as "verification" Isn't this against the law? I have contacted the attorney generals office consumer complaint dept. but they need the number and address.
