joe pezzuto has a variety of numbers listed across the us - lately i have been getting calls from Arlington, Texas 817-385-6430 , 817-522-4678 , 817-594-8993 , 817-522-4678 , 817-385-6929

when I ask for validation of debt, I get something that looks like it was printed in somone's garage. Nothing official or anything with the company they say I owe. Who do I contact to dispute the debt?

This is not the proper validation of debt. You understand this fact very well. Is this particular debt listed on your credit report? Have you checked that? If this debt is there on your credit report, then the question of disputing the item arises.

You can know more about this law firm from this thread:

follow nelly's advice and look at the URL she provided.they are not in TX.they are in AZ.they bounce/spoof their signal to make it look like they are calling from TX.btw does that generic statement have an address on it?i'm guessing no so let me get the address to send a DV letter CMRRR.just click the link nelly provided and know this place has no presence outside of AZ and won't do squat.

back already here is the real address

joe pezzuto law office
4013 e broadway rd. #A2
phoenix az 85040

send a DV(debt validation letter)to that address.send it crtified mail return receipt.once they sign for it they can't attempt further collections until they can validate, and as nelly stated a generic statement that i could put together isn't validation.now you have the address send the letter, and look into your state laws in regards to recording calls.once they call after the letter is received start compiling proof so you can sue them.do it.
