how do I get info on my sisters account because I think

Where do you live?? This is considered a crime, financial abuse
Where do you live?? This is considered a crime, financial abuse of a vulnerable adult. You would contact Depament of Health and Family Services....maybe even call and talk to the police department....,they would direct you in the right direction.
