I received a phone call from these people today saying that they had sealed documents on me for 2 pending claims for a payday loan from MGM back on Sept 29,2010 and that if I did't pay that she would be coming to my house or place of work on Wedesday May 30th to serve me the documents and that the company was suing me for $3248.10 but that they were willing to settle out of court for $515.00. They even called my 2nd cousins house and left a message on her answering machine and then called my cell phone and my home phone line today. This is the first I have heard about this until today.

No legitimate process server would call beforehand to inform you that they will be coming over to serve you. As mentioned above, its a scam. File a complaint with the local cops against the number these people are calling from.
