I sent ACH Revoke letters to 4 lenders last Friday 05/18.Integrity - they owe mePlain Green - I have a minimal balanceGreen Trust - I have a minimal balanceEZ Pay Day - they owe mePlain Green and Green Trust have both accepted my payment plan offer (05/24/12)Integrity sent me an update of my "contract" and insists I still have a balance. I e-mail them daily.EZ Pay Day has offered to terminate my loan and "waive" my remaining balance but I'm still fighting for a refund.I e-mailed the WA Department of Finance, the WA Attorney General, the BBB and the FTC.It's really hard to complain about Integrity because both addresses provided are out of the US.It's only been a week and I've gotten rid of 3 out of 4!

It is good to know that you have gotten rid of 3 out of 4 pdls. It will take some time to get a refund. Integrity won't be giving you money as soon as you make a request. You'll have to wait for some days. Have some patience.

I think you can still manage to squeeze a refund out of Integrity. Just keep up with your daily mailing routine. They might list themselves to be located offshore but rest assured that its just a mailbox out there. The people behind the address are right here on US soil.
