Soaplady,
I was planning on asking your questions but why are talking in that tone, it's not helpful. I need to gather the information will respond in a minute.
Do you know how to change the profile name? I would like to do that first.
Thanks
no no no
answer soaplady's questions, and my question.who is this place?there are alot these places popping up that are not on the level, promise everything but deliver nothing.answer the questions and we can help you for nothing.as far as your screen name.PM jason for that.
well
jason is the super mod,and and admin.just search him in the bar.PM=private message.now the reason we can help you is that if the lenders are illegal you only owe the principle and anything debited gets deducted from that.if they are legal they will work with you.OVLG is not a scam, but again why pay someone when you can do this yourself as you might not owe near as much as you think.please provide us the following.
1)namesof each lender
2)amount borrowed from each
3)amount debited,or paid to each thus far
4)internet or storefront
5)state you reside in
again you might not owe near what you think you do.so why pay someone to pay possible illegal pdl's more than they are entitled to.think about it.

okay now
here is the skinny
all of the internet lenders are illegal so you only owe the principle and pay them on your terms not theirs, but two you do not owe in fact:
integrity owes you 80.00
fast and reliable owes you 175.00
now did you close your account yet.OVLG should have advised that.if you haven't do so.now the storefronts should be CFSA members(the placard should be visible in the store.now do this go to the sticky in soaplady's signature on dealing with illegal lenders.use that to demand refunds from integrity, and fast and reliable.pay the others again on your terms, not theirs.once your account is closed and a new one open.you need to invoke the EPP on one storefront at a time.it's a pain, but since you will have control of your money back it should be easier.i take it you reloan each time on these correct?is so the others you don't invoke the EPP(extended payment plan)you should either borrow less each time,or pay a little into the loan if you rollover.do that, and know that the illegals you owe won't work with a place even OVLG,and will still call and threaten.the storfronts will work with you.if not the EPP.then another way.the key is communication.talk to them and they will work with you.anyway the first thing is close/secure your account if that isn't already done.keep me posted please.

Paul,
Thanks, honestly I don't have the time to work with all this and manage this. I did sign up with OLVG, so that hopefully they will not call me. Now if I talk with OLVG can I ask them if I can ask for a refund from Intergity or Fast and Reliable?
Also, OLVG has sent letter to everyone except Fast and Reliable because their fax number wasn't working.
Also, I did open a new account at a different bank. My bank will close my account but I have one outstanding check to my grocery store we are waiting to clear. None of these are due until June 8th and one Ideal is not due until 6/22.
Thank you. Please advise about Fast and Reliable and Interigty?

I kind of scratch my head and wonder...you are paying OVLG to handle your accounts. Do you not trust them enough to ask them these questions?? Isnt this all THEIR job now?? If you are going to spend all the time researching answers, why use them? You could be saving yourself a ton of cash by doing this yourself.

Hello Soaplady,
I understand you wondering. Honestly I am a single mom working very hard and I just don't have the time to write letters etc..... I have full plate. Can you understand that? Would you be willing to do all work for me? For Free? Write letters fax and tons of conversations "during" the day when I have to work. I can't do this at home I don't own a computer. Any other suggestions I am so open to them. Please try not to judge...I joined this forum for support and encouragement, not to be judged.

I am not judging....I too am a single mom. However you are paying someone who you do not seem to trust.
The letters are not difficult, a simple "I hereby revoke any and all ACH authorization effective immediately on account number ______. I am also revoking any and all voluntary wage assignment authorization I might have signed " emailed to each lender. You can cut and paste the letter filing in the lenders name and your account number. Really no need to fax. Make a copy of each email and take them to your bank to show them that you have revoked the ACH rights under Reg E. This puts you in control. If you cant do it at work, use your local public library in the evening or on the weekends.
Hey Soaplady, Thank you I do appreciate your understanding. I
Hey Soaplady,
Thank you I do appreciate your understanding. I trust OVLG I have read about them and see that have helped others. I am hoping to have this cleared up soon. They sent all the letter and my bank is very helpful. We are closing this account as soon as a check to my grocery store clears. I have sent OVLG a message asking them if I can remove Intergity and Fast and Reliable so that I can send them the letters and get refunds to help pay the others down. Where can I find the form letter to send? Once OVLG gets back to me, since I did include those.
Okay Soaplady, OVLG said I can send them emails to ask for ref
Okay Soaplady,
OVLG said I can send them emails to ask for refund, do you know where the form letter is or do I just send that brief message you sent before? Thanks again for the help and understanding.
before doing that
Debb, You need to check to see if internet loans are regulated in your state. Claiming all internet loans are illegal is not correct. They may not be following your state guidelines but that does not make them illegal. Not all states regulate internet loans, some only regulate ones who have storefronts and say the ones operating through the internet only have to be licensed in the state they do business with and don't want to be bothered with the internet lenders. You have to contact your office of financial institutions and see if they regulate them. If they don't, then you have to find out what state they are operating from and see if they are licensed there. If they are, then they have to follow their state guidelines. If they aren't licensed, then you have a case. If they are tribally owned, they are more than likely illegal. If they are licensed in your state or your state requires them to be and regulates them, then check on their license through your state database. If they aren't licensed, let them know so. You have to do some research instead of jumping the gun like others are stating.
