Just found out its illegal in North Carolina also so how did i get the loans in the first place??? Can somebody please help me to see if I am Liable or not.... Thanks so much!!!

Who are your lenders? How much did you borrow from each? How much have paid to each lender thus far?

2)you are only obligated to pay the principle borrowed.that's it nothing else.
