My name is Rone Joseph Brown. I have some fraudulent charges on my credit report, by I suspect a Twaine and Emmanual Phillips. Or, a Heather Ann Kelly. For starters, file a police report for ID theft or fraudulent activities. Then dispute it with the creditors and the credit bureau.
