I was needing to know if my husband can be put in jail for not paying his loans in greeneville tennesseehe has 6 outstanding loans all have been paid on time now for almost a yr. If we continue paying we will b evicted from our home the y are at cash express, cash one, cash advance and three others I cannot remember the names right off I am worried to death and need answers and they will not give them to us just try to scare us. each one is 179 485 370 258 235 300 around in that range. is it possible to just close bank acount so they can not cash check??
