Plaingreen & Spot On Loans - Wisconsin

I'm pretty sure that both of these lenders are illegal to lend in Wisconsin, but I just wanted to make sure I'm under the correct assumption before I send them letters, as I know PDL laws in Wisconsin are a bit tricky. They are both tribal, so I'm guessing that means they are pretty much not legal to lend anywhere. Is this correct?
I have an installment loan for $1000 with Plaingreen that I've paid $610 so I still owe $390.
I had two $500 loans with Spot On Loans on- one I've paid $985 and the other I've paid $450. Can I consider Spot On Loans as PIF?
Also, when I send my ACH revocation letters, do I say that they are not legal to lend in Wisconsin because they are not licensed? How in-depth do I need to be?
Thanks,

Can anyone help answer my question?
Does anyone know if Spot On Loans and Plaingreen loans are illegal in Wisconsin? Please help, I need to send out letters, but I want to make sure I'm correct on my assumption that they are illegal.
Thanks so much.
Both Plain Green and Spot on Loans are not licensed in Wisconsin
Both Plain Green and Spot on Loans are not licensed in Wisconsin. That means you are required to pay them only the principal amount. Close your bank account asap. Look at this page to know about how to deal with illegal lenders:
