I told him that one is legal in my state the other are not. He suggested to close my account. I once again told him about the legal one and one payday loan is new.
I asked him if I could use his name to refer him. He said yes because he knew I would pay him.
Well anyway he aslo new that I was waiting till I paid him which we estimated to be around 6 months and the difficult of getting my husbands pay stubs.
Now he says that he does not want to be bothered with their phone calls for months etc.
My question is I closed my account a legal pay day loan will be debited or already has on my closed account.
Nh Cash, Cutter group, National Payday and the new loan plain green.,
I live in Nh what will happen to me? Especially on the legal one.
I am scared and not sleeping.

Also the illegal ones can't collect so you only have to worry about them harassing you. Follow the advice of the experts here on how to deal with illegal lenders, it works. ;)

Yes that is what he said after he suggested I close my account. Now I am in troulbe and on my own.
I was honest with him about everything.
