I have sent out all of my revacation letter, to the lenders I could find information for. And closed my bank account. I was just wondering what to expect next. I have only recieved two responses on telling me they were legal even thou I know they are not and one making payment arrangements for the remaining balance. Can anyone tell me what to expect next? Also, anybody have any idea if they ever give refunds of unpaid amounts. Thanks for all the help. It feels good to actually get to see my paycheck.

If you sure that they are illegal in your state, then you are required to pay them only the principal amount. No need to pay them any interest or fees. Illegal lenders can???t take any legal action against you. Ask them for a refund, if you have overpaid them. But it entirely depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money. Look at this page to know about how to deal with illegal lenders:

I have researched very carefully and feel very good about my plan of attack. All of the lenders that it is very obvious I over payed have not contacted me at all. BIG surprise. The one that I am concerned about is Western Sky/ Cash Call. I know that western sky is illegal but I am having a hard time with cash call. They claim that they are not affiliated with Western Sky and that they are a legal lender in the state of Washignton. But according to the State Attorney General they have no license in this state. I had a 2600.00 loan with them which I have already paid 2400.00 on at 135% interest which leaves 200.00 left. They are refusing to accept a money order for the reamining balance. Any suggestions as to what my next move should be. I would appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks.
