I have agarnishment that just started. When i was served i made a payment to the original people i owed. They forwarded the payment to the collection agency. I now have a garnishment. and they will not account for the payment i made and they received. They just tell me it went to filing fees. But the paperwork i and the company I work for did not receive paperwork that is stamped by the court filed with a date. but that is where they say my money went.:confused:

Did you answer the summons? Show up in court???
