united cash internet payday loan in missouri

I stupidly got another payday loan online from united cash loans and after some financial changes and having to move from Missouri to Indiana to care for my parents, I can't pay this loan back and am having hit left and right at my bank....I saw the stuff posted about the lawsuit from the federal trade commision but my immediate issue is stopping this hole I'm sinking in. First is there any way to stop their attempts to pull money without closing my account since what little paychecks I get go into it? If not please give any advice on what I need to do with this problem. Thanks


I've went to your link and have started the process. But do you know how I can find out the law on why united cash is illegal in Missouri? I've been trying to find it on searches, but can't find the reason they are to put it in the letter.

I just want you to know I've got the letter ready to send (email) and have contacted my bank and i really appreciate your help!!!
now I'm simply in a holding pattern until friday (my work couldn't stop my paycheck from going into bank so I'm stuck with it open until friday) but the bank says they are stopping any transactions that the company tries to use to access my bank account and I've pulled all money but a few cents out of my bank.
now I'm just trying to figure out if I should send the letter now or wait til friday! lol
