Credit Card Debt Relief

I'm drowning due to my credit card debt. I only have a little over 7,000 in CC debt but I also have a $500 installment loan and have been riding the vicious payday loan cycle for months. I work two jobs and am a single mother. My son will be 16 in September and I know I will need to help him with purchasing a vehicle in the future so I'm concerned with ruining my credit. I've done some research and apparently I won't be able to negotiate with the credit card companies until I stop making my credit card payments. I have never been late since I fixed my credit around 5 years ago. My checking account has been negative $552.00 for a few days, (payday loan came out), I can't get another loan for a few days, and I have 3 credit card payments due before payday. I feel like it's finally gotten to the point where I need a long term solution instead of just getting short term loans to get by. Credit Card Consolidation for under $10K? Try to contact the credit card companies myself? Help please. I don't want to get scammed.

Let your kid work and pay for his own car. He will value it much more. You will have to take the hit for the insurance...but let him save up for a car.
