More questions regarding checking account and pdl companies
Also, I stupidly made the mistake of accidentliy giving my new checking account information to one of my pdls to pay off the balance of the loan (only owed $65). It was EZPAYDAY Cash. Can they "share" my account information with other companies and are they affiliated with any other pdls?

So, another unrelated pdl can call these guys and ask for my checking account number and they wil give it to them? Is that even legal?
well
since most if not all internet pdl's share info techincally it's not.that's why when close your account you give it to nobody affiliated with any pdl.the legal ones will work with you on an alternate payment plan that doesn't require a checking account.so to recap once an internet pd has your bank info it will never be safe again as there are disclosures in tiny print that give them that leeway.

Thanks for the reply. It was such a dumb mistake. The pdl in question, EZPAYdAyCash says that they do not share or sell info to anyone because they pride themselves in not conducting business that way. I take it they are just feeding me a line? The info I gave was over the phone, not through the online form where everyone and their brother have access to your info. Not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks again.

Thanks. I was afraid of that. EZPAYDAYCASH tells me that they do not share or sell this type of info to anyone because they are a professional company that does not conduct business in that manner and that my info is safe and secure with them. I am assuming this is a line of bull? Also, not sure if this matters, but the info I shared with them was a few days ago on the phone, not online on one of those sites that EVERYONE and their brother can see.
Thanks Again.
