Western Sky and others

I live in PA, and have PDL's from Loanshop online, Greenlight Global, and Western Sky/Cash Call.

The loan shop online one I have an overpayment of $660, Ive sent a couple emails about it however they will not get back to me. Is there anything I can do about that?

Greenlight global loan is for $300, Ive paid 90 so far, and Ive been emailing back an forth sparing with someone from there today, who seems intent on holding me to the full amount, rather than the principal. I told him I will not send a dime unless we agree on principal only. Though Im getting frustrated with him to the point I feel like telling him he's had his chance and if he wants his money good luck suing me in a state hes not legal in.

Now the big one is Western Sky/Cash Call. The loan was sold to WS funding, so if there not on a reservation can a tribal contract still apply? Also it says in the contract you sign this as if you were on the reservation its self and agree to be bound by there rules. Ive seen attorneys say that theres no way out of that because of that clause, then Ive also seen they have a million law suits against them as well. What can I do about this one? I hear they are incredibly hard to deal with, I've been ignoring there calls for the moment until I figure out exactly how to deal with them. Should I just turn them over to my state dept of banking? I know PA does not allow these types of loans but these tribal idiots have free reign to do as they please, plus I hear they have a history of suing people in tribal court. Is anyone having any luck with them? or Should I be in for a fight with them?

Also have one from Shamrock which I never signed up for they just threw money in my account which I didnt even know about, I sent them a letter saying if they give me there address Id send them the principal, they told me they do internet bussiness only. I told them Physical mail only, and brought up how they violated federal and state laws by just throwing money in my bank account, and expecting me to pay there insane interest rates. I have not heard back from them since, so I think they tucked tail and ran.
