First Source Advantage called me on behalf of Capital One also. We set up a payment plan of $3 g's to pay back same & they took the money out of my account monthly but never sent me any statements of any kind. Now I have a new agency coming after me for the same money as First Source Advantage didn't report any of my payments to the Credit Bureaus...not one. WoW!!
Now I have to battle a second company for the same money? What are my options?

You are in collections...you dont get monthly statements. Nor do they report payments to the CA...you are a charge off. Paying on a collection account is not a positive thing...
