I got a phone call from isd claims telling me i defaulted on a pay day loan and that i was being charge with fraud... I did owe so set up payment plans i have payed 7 payments out of 9 i asked if we could extend my payment out another week as to i am unemployed and its hard for me to pay 115 every 2 weeks but i have been! they are very rude to me and said that i have so many iissues and they wont move my payment said that if i don't pay today that all my payments would be null and void and i would be taken to court....can they do this???

What state do you live in? Who was the original creditor? The CA is ISD Group correct??
