confused~check n go pdl TX

im a little confused...I took out a check n go pdl 2 weeks ago for $700 at a store front location in Richardson, TX. They had me write out 4 post dated checks in the amount of $218 each, with the last check being a little more than 1st three. A couple of days before payday she called, which is what I thought courtesy calls...but to my surprise on Monday my checking acct has been debited with those same post dated checks.
Mu understanding was that the if i didnt need to make arrangements or anything beforehand, otherwise the checks would be automatically deposited per my pay period(hince the dates on the checks). But INSTEAD...they deposited all four checks...is this legal and what are my rights?

Technically there is no such thing as a post dated check...you have NO protection from a first party creditor.
