My question is; on my credit report I have several companies that show my student loan with a 0 balance. So my assumption is that it was sold to a different company, how do I get this information cleaned up on my credit report? And secondly, Allied Interstate has my loan now, however, they have reported nothing to my credit report, therefore, It looks as if I am in default. And I am making a payment bi-weekly. I have sent them a few message now, but nothing.

.

Your lender would have filed a default claim with your guarantor, so the lender reports a zero defaulted balance.

You dont. It remains for 7 years from the date of default.

Allied is a collection agency.....,.you ARE in default and will remain in default until the entire balance is paid. Allied like most student loan collection agencies does not report.
