Hello everybody, Please help.
Is that possible to have the court dismiss the cc debt case, when the cardholder agreement and the few pages of activity reports sent to me did not have the same card umber or account number. The report does have the account number but the card holder had no card number or account number.

I think he was trying to say that the Card Holder's Agreement didn't have his information on it while the activity report did. I don't think its acceptable validation for a debt.
