non-payment of payday loan

Needing infomation on the same subject. These people keep calling my job and saying I committed fraud on non-payment of a loan. The loan amount has jumped up to over $6000 dollars from a $500 dollar loan. And now they said they had to serve me, first she almost said citation, then she changed it to papers. I live in Texas and I tried repayment and they took about $500 from a pre-paid debit card I had and I could not keep up the payments. I live in Texas and they keep calling my job, first he was an officer, then he was a lawyer, then he was from a hot check writting place and now they are serving me papers. They will not give me an address, the name is fake, because he can barely speak English and his name is John Smith....What do I do next...they will not get a dime...


Who are they? Non-payment of debt is not a criminal offense???it???s a civil case. What is the name of your payday loan company? Is your lender licensed in Texas? I don???t think they are legal???.that means they can???t take any legal action against you.

your line about"barely speak english"clinched it.this is a scam.stay off the phone.if the number looks weird don't answer it.use any numbers to report him to your local police,and the FTC.go to www.ftc.gov and again this is a scam in INDIA and needs to be reported and ignored.btw anything you paid them was wasted money.again do not talk to this idiot again a scammer in INDIA.
