I fell into a rut with payday loans last year. I took two out in the amount of $500. Bayside Loans and Pepper Cash. So far I have paid them 2530 each. Last month was not good to family issues so I took out a couple more. MyNextDayCash $500, Vandelierin $500, and 247 Green Street $300. Thanks to this website I followed the proper steps due to the fact they are illegal in CT. I went to Bank of America and had hold put on my account(I was already in the process of changing to a credit union). They gave me no trouble at all and I was out of there within 10 mins. I came home and sent out my emails to all companies and asked Bayside and Pepper Cash for a refund of 2030. Vandelierin answered with 10 mins telling me to call them. Again I followed the advice and had everything in writing. I plan to send a money order out at the end of the week certified to pay off the principal. MyNextDayCash was next. I need to know how to repsond to them appropriatley. Email below. You guys are amazing!

Mark,

I can assure you that our business and the contracts that are signed by you the consumer are legal. You took out this loan knowing it was a payday loan. When you did the loan you also were asked to save a copy or print a copy of the contract for your own records. Now if you fail to do so then that it is not our responsibility. We advised you to do this before signing the loan documents. Also with the signing of the documents, it comes from an IP address which can be traced back to make the documents legal binding. Along with you signing the documents it also states you waive your rights in section 4, this is located in the contract I have sent to you. You are a citizen of the state of Hampton, VA. However, the contract was not made in that state. The contract was completed via the World Wide Web. The governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature is based in the Caribbean State of Nevis. If you would like to schedule payment arrangements on the account to pay off the account I will be more than willing to do that for you.

Hi Mr. Hanson,
We are contacting you in regards to the money order arrangements we have set up. We are set to do 2 money orders for $150 each. Please fill them out to Vandelier Group. After they have been filled out and signed, you need to make a photo copy of each one. Please print your full name and your customer number, 59178 on them. We need the copies faxed the same day of purchase. The faxed copies need to be received by 6/22/12 and 7/6/12 . Once the copies are received, we go into your account and push out the due date to ensure we do not debit the account. It is very important for us to receive a copy of each money order. Please fax the copies to 888-519-5902 attn: Kristen. Call or email to confirm we have received each one. Once you know the copies have been received, then mail the money orders the same day to:
Vandelier Group
C/O CWB Services, LLC.
P.O. Box 411056
Kansas City, MO. 64141
We have to have the physical money orders via postal service no later than 6/29/12 and 7/13/12 to prevent us from debiting the account on your application.

Thank you,

I would tell Vandelier to go hell when it comes to faxes of money orders. Plus remind them you did an ACH revocation.

As for Zoya, Evening Loan processor, I would simply tell her that she can save her crap for the next customer. You are only governed by Virginia laws, not the laws of her county.

Thanks Souplady. The funny thing is they said they could pull my IP address but she mentioned I was in Virginia and I'm in CT. I reiterated what I used in the first email. As for the Vandelierin, I said I would not fax copies but I would send money orders in the amount of $105 twice within the next months on the dates they indicated.

I can't wait for this to be over with and then I am out of debt completely. Been cleaning up the past couple months and it will feel good with nothing hanging over my head.

I'll keep you posted.
